General Information about BBQ Dinner/Silent Auction--Thursday, March 17th, 2005 at East Coweta Middle School
How do I purchase tickets to the BBQ Dinner March 17th at East Coweta Middle School?
BBQ Dinner Tickets will cost $6.00 and can be purchased from any PDK McIntosh Trail Kappan.  Some of these Kappans are located at East Coweta Middle School, Willis Road Elementary, and some are in the local Newnan Area.

What will I get for my BBQ Dinner?
Your Dinner will include Chopped Pork, Stew, Slaw, Bread, Chips, Pickles, and Tea.  Bottled water and Soft Drinks are available for $1.00.

What Items will be up for auction?
There are too many items to list, however, we have some special items up for auction that consist of autographed merchandise with the names of Alan Jackson (Country Singer) and Steve Bedrosian (Pro Baseball).  A Clarinet will be up for auction as well as a cooked meal for a family and other services.  You won't be disappointed when you see what we have available.
 
Do I have to buy a ticket to attend the Silent Auction?
No, you do not have to buy a ticket to attend the Silent Auction.  You can be there just to look at the merchandise and make bids on the items you want.  You will have to pay cash for the items you purchase.
 
Are only Phi Delta Kappan members invited?
No,  anyone may come to our dinner and silent auction.  We would love our co-workers, neighbors, friends, and residents to help us raise funds to give a scholarship away to a H.S. graduate planning to attend a college to become a future educator in your Community.
 
How do I get to East Coweta Middle School?
East Coweta Middle School is located off Hwy 16 in Senoia, Georgia.   You can use the map/driving directions at the bottom of this page to help you find your best route there.  Or you may use the address to find it yourself on another Navigation website:      6291 E. Hwy 16  /  Senoia, GA 30276 
 

Directions from I-85 Exit 51 and Thomas Crossroads:
Take Hwy 154 (Sharpsburg/McCollum Rd) South past East Coweta High School. You will drive for several miles. 
At the stop sign, Turn left staying on Hwy 154. (McIntosh Trl Road)
At the next stop sign (gas station on your left, Farmers & Merchants bank on right) turn right onto Hwy 54.
Follow to 4 way stop, turn left onto Hwy 16.
Follow Hwy 16 for several miles.  East Coweta Middle School is on your right.
There is an East Coweta Painted Water Tower across the street from the school.
